THERE are two things that kind of got my interest this past week. First is that Toyota looks serious in taking charge of the MSME sector by introducing products that have so much benefit for small entrepreneurs. Second is what is happening with Hyundai Philippines after that recent reintroduction?

After a series of small SUV launches, Toyota now revives its best-selling LCV (light commercial vehicle) for business people, the Lite Ace. A small truck, really, the Lite Ace is a designable vehicle that can be made into however a small businessperson needs it to be. It can be a passenger vehicle that can accommodate up to 10 persons or a carrier pickup that can carry five passengers with a cargo bed at the rear. It can also be a small open bed truck or a closed van.
