PRIVATE economists praised the economic priorities laid out by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. in his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) but said it lacks details.

Michael Ricafort, chief economist at Rizal Commercial Banking Corp., said Marcos' SONA covered several economic-related issues and reaffirmed the economic team's earlier signals, particularly with regard to economic growth targets and budgetary management.
