BAGUIO CITY: Christmas will come early for three young persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the Summer Capital.
Rep. Rowena Guanzon of the P3PWD party-list, through the Rotary Club of Baguio (RCB), donated three pediatric wheelchairs to the city government on Monday, July 25, during flag raising ceremony at the City Hall grounds.
