OVER 200,000 individuals or more than 60,000 families have been affected by the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit Abra this week as the death toll stood at 10, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRMMC) said on Saturday.
The 228, 238 individuals or 62, 024 families come from at least 639 villages in Region 1 (Ilocos), Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), the NDRRMC said.
