GROSS financing of the national government has already reached the P1-trillion threshold in the first half of the year, according to Bureau of the Treasury data issued over the weekend.
From January to June 2022, actual gross financing hit P1.07 trillion due as domestic borrowings amounted to P741.26 billion, while the external ones reached P329.33 billion.
