According to the Department of Health (DoH), continuous compliance with minimum public health standards of wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing and frequent hand washing could help contain the spread of Covid-19.

Booster vaccinations remained a priority for the DoH to keep hospital utilization rates and fatalities to a minimum.

The DoH has also recently approved the second boosters for individuals ages 50 years and older with comorbidities and for 18 to 49 year olds.

A first booster is also being offered to those who have completed their Covid-19 primary series vaccine.
