THE second leg of the Philippine Dragon Boat Federation Regatta 2022 has been suspended halfway through due to the bad weather that affected the waters of Manila Bay.
The race, which was also dubbed as the "Philippines-China Friendship Dragon Boat Race," took place on July 31 at Dolomite Beach on Roxas Boulevard in Manila.
