THE Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rice Research Institute (DA-PhilRice) on Wednesday said at least 1 million farmers from 42 provinces benefited from the Rice Competitive Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Seed Program of the government.
According to the DA-PhilRice, more than 10 million of certified seeds were distributed to the farmers since the implementation of RCEF Seed Program three years ago.
