Is PH agriculture ready for Industry 4.0?

THAT is both a question and the title of the column I wrote for The Manila Times that had two parts published in the last week of April and the first week of May in 2019.

And it's been more than three years since I first discussed Industry 4.0, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution, but I have yet to see the continuity and a more robust adoption of these technologies that we have jumpstarted through the digital agriculture roadmap we formulated during my stint as Agriculture secretary.
