THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Friday said that the number of reported deaths due to the July 27 magnitude 7 earthquake in Northern Luzon is now 11, with the number of injured at 410.

A total of 448,990 individuals or 119,730 families were affected by the tremor. They came from the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Autonomous Region.
