MUCH has been already said about the late President Fidel V. Ramos as a leader. He also mentored quite a number of politicians who, because of their expertise and productivity, have become household names today.
I wish to say goodbye to him, so here are my personal short stories of him as a person, a citizen, and a friend, with his wit, humor and kindness.
