BANGSAMORO Grand Mufti Abu Huraira Usudan of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has urged all Muslims to fast in observance of the day of Ashura following the Sunnah (Way of Prophet Mohammad).
Usudan over the weekend said Muslims are enjoined to fast on the 9th and 10th day or 10th and 11th day of Muharram.
