THE board of directors of Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment Inc. (TRLEI), operator of Okada Manila, denied the request of its parent company to inspect the integrated casino hotel books and corporate documents.
Filipino businessman Antonio "Tonyboy" Cojuangco said the TRLEI board of directors does not recognize the authority of the Divina Law firm to represent Tiger Resort Asia Ltd. (TRAL) and exercise its rights, "if any," in the Philippines.
