THE 2022 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos were introduced to the public through a virtual press conference on Aug. 4, 2022. Ten awardees of this career-service award — comprised of four teachers, three soldiers and three police officers — were presented to the members of the media. Each awardee would receive a cash prize of P1 million each (net of tax), a golden medallion and "The Flame" trophy during the conferment ceremonies in September, coinciding with Metrobank's anniversary celebration.
