(UPDATE) THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that more than 1,500 motorists were caught violating the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) as the number coding scheme was reimposed on Monday.

However, they were just given a "reminder."
