CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The Department of Transportation (DoTr) has endorsed the construction of the Butuan-Cagayan de Oro Railway System, Second District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez said on Tuesday, August 16.
Rodriguez said that DoTr Secretary Jaime Bautista also asked the Public-Private Partnership Center to help finance the P100-million project preparation feasibility study for the first phase of the Cagayan de Oro Metropolitan Railway.
