THE People's Law Enforcement Board-Quezon City (PLEB-QC) on Friday ordered a 90-day preventive suspension against two Quezon City Police District (QCPD) officials, two subordinates and "other responding lawmen".
The three-month suspension was imposed by PLEB-QC under the leadership of its executive officer, lawyer Rafael Calinisan, against LtCol. Julio Abong, Col. Alexander Barredo, Capt. Joan Vicente, and SMS Jose Soriano and other "responding policemen from Stations 3 and 9".
