(UPDATE) AT least 29 people were hurt in a stampede Saturday during the distribution of government aid to students in Zamboanga City.
The incident occurred at the Zamboanga City Coliseum where hundreds of students and parents rushed to claim cash aid or education assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
