THE Manila City Council has called on the House of Representatives to pass a bill declaring the Quiapo district as a National Heritage Zone.
In a resolution, the City Council said House Bill 3750 was filed in Congress by Manila Third District Rep. Joel Chua. He was proposing the establishment of the Philippine capital's third Heritage Zone.
