THE Public Attorney's Office (PAO) asked the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) to withdraw its "unconstitutional" memorandum disallowing unvaccinated and partially vaccinated students from entering colleges and universities to enroll.

In Monday's press conference held at PAO's central office in Quezon City, PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta was joined by the agency's Forensics Division Director Erwin Erfe and lawyer Lorenzo "Larry" Gadon. They all called on CHEd Chairman J. Prospero "Popoy" de Vera 3rd to withdraw its memorandum, as well as the joint memorandum with the Department of Health (DoH), that prohibited thousands of colleges and universities from entering school premises to enroll and study.
