ZAMBOANGA CITY: Motorcycle-riding gunmen opened fire on a woman and her one-year old daughter in an attack on Monday in Lamitan City in the restive Muslim province of Basilan in southern Philippines.
Both victims were wounded in the shooting which occurred in the village of Parangbasak and had to be rushed to the hospital.
