Resolution 38 titled "A resolution Expressing Opposition on the Extension of the OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. (OGPI) Due to Lack of Consultation by the Proponent," dated June 3, strongly opposed the renewal of OGPI's financial or technical assistance agreement (FTAA) by the national government.
