TO address apparent overmining in the province, Gov. Daniel Fernando on Wednesday sought the help of all concerned government agencies in Bulacan's campaign related to the implementation of Executive Order (EO) 21 during a dialogue with some 300 mining stakeholders and other affected sectors held at The Red Arc Events Place in Barangay Wawa, Balagtas, Bulacan.

The executive order mandated the temporary suspension of all mining permits on quarrying, dredging, desilting and other types of mineral extractive operations within Bulacan.
