COTABATO CITY: A US Marines officer has vowed to continue supporting the Western Mindanao Command (Wesmincom) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
Col. Ronald Norris Jr., regiment commander, Marine Raider Regiment, Marine Forces Special Operations, visited the Wesmincom last August 15.
