ON August 16, the Parañaque City government held the official ribbon-cutting ceremony and blessing of the newest tourist attractions of the city, namely the Fisherman's Wharf, also known as "Bulungan," Parañaque River Promenade, and City Park which are located in Barangay La Huerta.
