THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Veinte Reales National High School (VRNHS) in Valenzuela City to promote urban greening.
Under the MoA, the DENR will assist the school in the establishment and maintenance of planting areas within the vicinity of the campus and provide a mix of ornamental, forest, vegetable and fruit-bearing tree seedlings.
