BACOLOD CITY: Two barangay (village) leaders in Negros Occidental were shot to death by unidentified suspects on Wednesday night and Friday morning.
Police investigators are still facing a blank wall as to the identity of the gunmen and the motive behind the murder of barangay chairman Danilo Dautil.
