THREE national road sections in the Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley, including Kennon Road, remain closed to traffic due to the onslaught of severe tropical storm "Florita," according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan disclosed on Friday that aside from Kennon Road, also impassable were the Claveria-Calanasan-Kabugao Road in Namaltuga, Calansan and the Cabagan-Sta. Maria Road, Cabagan Overflow Bridge in Isabela.
