THE Police Regional Office-11 (PRO-11) said it will file criminal charges against an 18-year-old student from Toril, Davao City for spreading fake news and false information on social media.
PRO 11 director BGen. Benjamin Silo has already ordered the investigation and filing of criminal charges against the suspect who posted unverified news that "disturbed public order in the region."
