THE 82 passengers on board the MV Asia Philippines that caught fire one nautical mile (1.85 kilometers) off of the Batangas anchorage area late Friday have all been accounted for, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported on Saturday.
At the same time, there were also no traces of oil spill found within the vicinity waters, the PCG said.
