THE Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Association (Creba) national president and National Association of Realtors (NAR) international director, Noel Toti Cariño, addressed International Realtor Members (IRM) at the Manila leg of the IRM Forum Series held on August 22. The special guest was Vicky Silvano, global ambassador of the Chicago-based NAR to the Philippines, who also graced prior IRM forums in Pampanga, Baguio and Cebu.
