THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Tuesday said that the damage to infrastructure caused by Severe Tropical Storm "Florita" has reached P571.1 million.
In its latest situation report, the NDRRMC said of the amount, P546.7 million were in the Ilocos Region and P24.4 million in Cagayan Valley.
