Jose Emmanuel "Noli" Eala has been appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the new chairman of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
The Manila Times obtained Eala's appointment letter written by Executive Secretary Victor Rodriguez and signed by President Marcos.
