PHILIPPINE Ambassador to Washington Jose Manuel Romualdez said the Philippines had sent a diplomatic note to the US State Department at the height of the Asian hate crime in 2021.
This was Romualdez's reply to the query of Sen. Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros on what the Philippine government had done to address these cases involving Filipinos living in the US.
