THE cities of San Juan and Valenzuela said on Wednesday that they will abide by the Supreme Court order stopping the implementation of the "no contact apprehension policy" (NCAP).

In a statement, the Valenzuela LGU said it suspended its NCAP operations on August 30, pending the Supreme Court's TRO ruling "although the City Government is yet to receive its formal notice."
