THE Philippine National Police (PNP) secured two Warrants to Disclose Computer Data (WDCD) from a Manila court that will give it authority to order social media giants Facebook and YouTube to disclose the chats, images and other content that were posted on social media from the accounts of Usapang Diskarte which contained materials that allegedly promoted sexual abuse of children.
The videos posted on Usapang Diskarte caused an uproar in social media, leading to mounting requests to take down the illicit videos circulating online.
