(UPDATE) THE Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Land Bank of the Philippines are working together to hasten the processing and release of financial assistance to the beneficiaries of the Rice Farmers Financial Assistance (RFFA) Program.
Press Secretary Rose Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles said that the P5,000 cash aid is intended for qualified rice farmers as part of the implementation of the Rice Tariffication Law.
