THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Tuesday said that the damage to infrastructure caused by Severe Tropical Storm 'Florita' has reached P571.1 million.
In their latest situation report, the NDRRMC said the amount showed a damage of P546.7 million in the Ilocos Region while Cagayan Valley had P24.4 million.
