CEBU Pacific announced it is closing all its GetGo program accounts on Sep. 9, 2022 and advises the public to activate their Go Rewards! account in order to transfer their points, otherwise the same will be forfeited.
"GetGo points which were earned from January 1, 2020 onwards will be converted into Go Rewards points, which you can use for your next flights with Cebu Pacific, or for shopping in over 2,000 stores nationwide," the announcement stated, "While all GetGo points earned before January 1, 2020 have been allocated into your Cebu Pacific Travel Fund, a virtual wallet you can use when purchasing flights and add-ons via the Cebu Pacific Website."
