AFCS to bring comfort to riding public – DoTr

THE Department of Transportation (DoTr) said on Thursday, September 1, that the Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) will bring comfort and convenience to the riding public.

During the pilot production testing project for the AFCS-Europay-Mastercard-Visa (EMV) at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, DoTr Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure Mark Steven Pastor said on behalf of Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista that the pilot project will help the country's transportation system elevate the country's transportation system become at par with other countries.
