(UPDATE) MANILA Mayor Maria Sheilah "Honey" Lacuna-Pangan said the city will deploy more traffic enforcers after the Supreme Court temporarily stopped the implementation of the no contact apprehension policy (NCAP) in five cities including in the nation's capital.

"Although we believe that NCAP has brought many good things to the flow of traffic and discipline in our city, the city government will follow the guidelines of the Supreme Court," Lacuna-Pangan said.
