MISAMIS Occidental Second District Rep. Sancho Fernando "Ando" Oaminal and his brother, Ozamiz City Gov. Henry "Indy" Oaminal Jr., have denounced the murder of local police informant and whistleblower Glenn Hernando, who was shot on August 30.
Before he was killed, Hernando was a key source of intelligence for law enforcement officers in Ozamiz City on the breakaway factions and surviving members of the Kuratong Baleleng Group, an organized crime syndicate.
