THE state weather bureau has downgraded the storm signal in Batanes as Typhoon "Henry" exits the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday.
In its 5 p.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Signal No. 1 was up over Batanes and north-eastern portion of Babuyan Islands (Balintang Islands and Calayan Islands).
