THE Philippine National Police (PNP) alerted the public amid reports of 149 criminal cases, mostly rape, over the last two months, many of them in the National Capital Region (NCR).
As a result, PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said he ordered officials and units to keep an eye on incidents of crime against women, particularly students.
