VICE President Sara Duterte-Carpio was designated as officer-in-charge while President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. is on his back-to-back state visits to Indonesia and Singapore.
Malacañang on Sunday released Special Order No. 75 tasking Duterte-Carpio to temporarily "take care of the day-to-day operations of the Office of the President and oversee the general administration of the Executive Department" from September 4 to 7.
