THOUSANDS of alarms related to violations of the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) have been removed to allow the registration of vehicles recorded with traffic violations.

This is in accordance with the letter sent by Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief Assistant Secretary Teofilo Guadiz 3rd to local governments.
