ACTING on the information from former rebels, members of the 88th Infantry Battalion (88IB) of the Philippine Army raided on Tuesday a suspected communist lair where they discovered an arms cache.
Lt. Col. Christian James Vingno, 88IB commanding officer, said that his men confiscated one caliber 30 machine gun and five AK-47 rifles in a lair at the hinterlands of Sitio Kaungahan, Barangay Cananga-an, Cabanglasan, Bukidnon.
