NEW YORK: United States (US) President Joe Biden on Thursday said he would discuss with his Philippine counterpart Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. the territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
The two leaders held a bilateral talks on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
