FORMER Transportation assistant secretary Alberto "Bert" Suansing has died. He was 70 years old, his son confirmed on Facebook.
"I love you pa, salamat po sa pagaalaga samin," (I love you, pa. Thank you for taking care of us.) wrote his son Alan on Friday. "Ang daya mo; sabi mo mamamasyal pa tayo, aangakas pa kita." (You're so unfair; you said we will go out together and you will ride with me.)
