THE Covid-19 positivity rate in the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila has matched its previous peak in August, OCTA Research reported.
OCTA Research senior fellow Dr. Guido David said NCR's positivity rate rose to 17.5 percent as of September 21 from 14.3 percent the previous week, equaling the peak reported last August 5.
